Effective July 15, 2024, customers using the email relay service in the MercuryGate TMS version 3.37.13 and higher will have access to our enhanced email handling service.

No customer action is necessary for customers on TMS version 3.37.13 – MercuryGate will auto-update to this email service on your behalf. Customers on prior versions of the TMS will not see any change in their email handling service. If you are on an earlier version of the TMS and would like to leverage this upgraded email service, contact your customer success manager (CSM) to inquire about updating to the minimum TMS version.
